The Algarve Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre is an extrajudicial means of resolving consumer disputes that allows consumers and businesses to resolve consumer disputes affecting their relationships through a fast, simple and low-cost procedure.
The Centre’s operation is governed by Law 144/2015 of September 8 and its own regulations.
